Emilia Pokta

UX Designer

Starting as a attention psychology researcher, I discovered UX because of a bike accident- not being able to run my studies I joined my first design-a-thon while lying down- and won! Multiple more wins later, I’ve designed for Gini, Amplitude and currently at Visa—playing a role in transforming hard problems to more simplified, fun, human-centered solutions.

Visa, Product Designer

February 2022 - Present

Designed UX flows for Visa users’ to get Flex credit line from 0 → 1, a pilot program having 3M+ users in North America which increased $6B of transaction value via Visa payment system

Led the creation of Global UX Guidelines for Visa Installments, establishing a reusable framework that scaled design best practices and ensured a consistent user experience for worldwide launches including Klarna Debit Card

Integrating international loyalty programs into a first-party Visa "wallet" app for >8M high net-worth cardholders to manage all Visa cards’ travel benefits in one place
